I go to the Big Y mainly because I like Cheryl at the Pharmacy. She's very nice and takes good care of her customers. I like the store because the customer service is very good. Over the years I've gotten to know some of the staff whom I like very much. The products can be expensive, but there are so many great deals including buy 1 get 2 free been so many specials that the prices are offset. I'm happy to be a customer.

I like the place. Very nice people. But however, I bought coffee today and when I finished it up, there was a clear piece of silicone type thing in the bottom of my cup. I felt it in my mouth. Talk about physical contamination.

ALL the employees there are such wonderful people! They are extremely helpful, and management is very concerned about the quality of service, and products. South Hadley is THE BEST Big Y I have ever been to!
